1. Nature of Service

Algetta ("the Platform") is a social community platform that enables traders to connect, share ideas, and discuss trading strategies.

Algetta is NOT:

  • A registered investment advisor
  • A broker-dealer
  • A financial planning service
  • A licensed financial institution

2. No Financial Advice

All content on Algetta, including but not limited to trading signals, market analysis, educational content, user posts and comments, and group discussions is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
  • You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions
  • Any trading you undertake based on content found on Algetta is at your own risk
  • Past performance of any trader, signal, or strategy does not guarantee future results

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other financial instruments carries a HIGH LEVEL OF RISK and may not be suitable for all investors.

You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Signal Providers

Users who provide trading signals on Algetta:

  • Are independent community members, not employees of Algetta
  • Are not licensed or registered financial advisors (unless separately disclosed)
  • Share their personal opinions and analysis
  • Do not guarantee any results

Algetta does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any signals shared on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGETTA AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any trading losses incurred by users
  • Decisions made based on content on the platform
  • Actions or advice of other users or signal providers
  • Technical errors or service interruptions

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algetta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your trading activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
